Amy arrived in Montana after fleeing the south nearly a decade ago, seeking a life devoid of gun running and mob affiliations. Having been drawn to the arts since childhood, Amy found an appreciation for body modification and in 2002 she received an apprenticeship in body piercing. It started innocently enough, as most things do, yet as time went by she became more and more obsessed with the idea of tattooing. Deciding that art school seemed a logical place to start, Amy enrolled in and attended the art program at MSU-Billings where she studied for three years before seeking an apprenticeship with BodyWorks tattoo. She claims that even though the life of organized crime offered more excitement and monetary benefits, she couldn't be happier and wouldn't trade in tattooing for the world.
